Questions to Ask Before Approving Relining
What to confirm about method, access, warranty and verification.
Ask which method is proposed and why it suits the inspected condition. Ask what the liner does at each connection, because transitions are where problems show up first.
Ask about access: pits, cleanouts and restoration are common hidden costs. Ask what warranty covers - materials, installation, or both - and for how long.
Finally, ask for post-installation footage before final payment. Any provider unwilling to document the finished liner is not finished with quality.
